I did catch a few shows at the Cow Palace, but it was a much longer drive from Livermore - LHS class of '79 - so we usually caught shows in Oakland.
Funny thing is, I didn't see my first Dead show at the Oakland Coliseum Arena until 1992. All Greek Theater, Frost, Warfield and Oakland Aud shows during my time in the Bay area.
My first basketball arena Dead show was 10/11/1983.

LHS Class of 1966...my first full GD show was the Day on the green - 10/10/76
Do you post a lot of GD youtube Video's in the "Livermore & Bay Area Rock & Roll memories" Facebook Page?
